Subject: {{company}} on Google
Hi {{first_name|there}},
I noticed {{company}} doesn't list a website on Google.
I help local businesses in {{city}} with simple websites. Want me to send a free mock-up of a {{company}} homepage? No call needed.

Hi {{first_name|there}},
Bumping this in case it got buried. Should I send a free mock-up of a {{company}} homepage?

Hi {{first_name|there}},
One more thought. When someone finds you on the map and wants to see your work, the phone number is the only place to go.
That's the part I'd fix first for {{company}}. Worth a look?

Hi {{first_name|there}},
I'll stop here. If a website becomes a priority for {{company}}, reply to this and I'll pick it up.

Not interested? Reply "no" and you won't hear from me again.Text in [brackets] is for you to fill with something true. Every email carries an opt-out line and your postal address, which CAN-SPAM requires.
How the schedule is built
Each pace is a fixed list of gaps between emails, and the gaps grow: the first follow-up comes soon, later ones wait longer. A shorter sequence uses the first gaps of the same list. With a start date, a send that lands on a Saturday or Sunday moves to Monday and the later sends keep their gaps.
| Pace | Days for a 6-email sequence |
|---|---|
| Tight (done in about 2 weeks) | 0, 2, 5, 8, 12, 16 |
| Standard (about 4 weeks) | 0, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 |
| Patient (about 7 weeks) | 0, 4, 11, 21, 35, 49 |
Rules that keep a sequence working
- Stop on any reply, including "not interested".
- Send follow-ups in the same thread, so the earlier email is right there.
- Keep each one shorter than the last. The bump is two lines.
- The last email closes the loop. Don't keep going after it.

Questions
Three to six in total, including the first. This generator lays out each length; the last email always closes the loop so the sequence ends cleanly.
Start with 2 to 4 days and lengthen the gaps as you go. Pick a pace above to see the exact days.
Yes. Reply in the thread with a Re: subject, so the reader sees the first email under it.
Commercial email in the US needs a way to opt out and a postal address under CAN-SPAM. Every template here ends with both.
