Questions

How long should I warm up a new email inbox?

Instantly's 2026 benchmark report suggests starting a new domain at about 5 to 10 emails a day and ramping over 4 to 6 weeks. The planner shows the week-by-week volumes for your own start, target and number of weeks.

How many cold emails can one inbox send per day?

This planner defaults to 30 a day at full volume, a common planning figure rather than a provider limit. Change it to match your provider and results.

When do Gmail's bulk sender rules apply?

Google's sender guidelines set stricter requirements for senders of more than 5,000 messages a day to Gmail accounts. The planner flags when your full volume crosses that line.
