A CSV you can send
the same afternoon

Thirteen columns, no cleaning required. This is a real export from the warehouse — the valid tag means a mail server confirmed that exact mailbox, not that the domain resolves.

The difference

Three things no scraper
hands you

Anyone can pull rows off Google Maps. These are what happens next, and each number is measured on the live warehouse rather than promised.

27% 60%

Emails, found then proven

We read each company's own site for addresses, then ask their mail server whether the mailbox is real. Anything we can't prove is labelled risky, never guessed.

6% 12%

The owner's actual name

Google publishes none. We pull them off About pages and check every one against a real first-name list, so you get "Josh Box" and never "Contact Us Today".

7% deleted

Junk gone before you buy

Search Maps for "tree service" and you get dentists, a hotel and a golf club. Every row is graded against its trade; rejects never reach your export.

Why we win

One number decides this,
and it isn't the sticker price

Everyone quotes price per row. Nobody quotes the price of a row you can actually use — one in the right trade, with an email a mail server has confirmed. That is the only number that pays your bills, and it is the one we built the whole product around.

1.7¢
our cost per contact you can confidently email

Everyone else's answer to that question is “we don't check, so we can't say”. A row with an unverified address is not a contact — it is a guess you pay to send.

ToolThe job it doesMonthlyWhat it still can't do
Outscraper Scrapes 15,000 Google Maps rows $45 No emails found, no owner names, no trade filtering
Hunter.io Growth Finds the email addresses $149 10,000 credits — still 5,000 short of the month
ZeroBounce ONE Verifies those addresses $99 Verification only, minimum 10,000 credits
Three subscriptions Three logins, three bills, three exports to reconcile $293 Still no owner names. Still dentists in your roofing list.

Prices checked 7 September 2026. Hunter's Growth tier is the smallest that comes close to the volume; its cheaper $49 tier carries only 2,000 credits. ZeroBounce ONE starts at $99 with a 10,000-credit minimum. We have used each competitor's own published figures and their most favourable qualifying plan.

How verification actually works

We ask the mail server,
and it answers

Most "verified" lists check that a domain has a mail server and stop there. That tells you the company has email — not that the person does. We go one step further and hold a real SMTP conversation, right up to the point of asking about that exact mailbox, then hang up without sending anything.

If the server says the mailbox is unknown, we mark it invalid. If it accepts every address we try — a catch-all — we cannot honestly call it proven, so we mark it risky rather than sell you a guess. Only a real yes gets valid.

How it works

Niche, city, export

Searching costs nothing and is unlimited. You browse the whole warehouse with contacts masked, and spend only on the rows you decide to take.

Pick a niche and a place

Any trade, any US city or state. Filter by rating, review count, whether there's a verified email or a named owner, and whether the number can receive SMS.

We already have it, or we go get it

If the warehouse covers it, results are instant. If it doesn't, we run the scrape and enrich it — usually minutes. Either way it's then permanently in stock.

Export a clean CSV

Company, owner, phone, email, verification status, site, city, state, category, rating. Drops straight into any CRM or dialler. A lead you've bought is yours — re-download it any time, free.

Every lead you take is yours permanently. Re-run the same search next month and rows you already own come back free — they cost no credits and never touch your daily limit. You are never charged twice for the same business.

The bounce guarantee

If an email we marked valid hard-bounces, tell us and we put the credit back. We can offer that because we asked the mail server rather than guessing — and if we're ever wrong about that, it should cost us, not you. That's the whole difference in one sentence.

Questions

The things people actually ask

What does "verified email" really mean?

We open an SMTP conversation with the company's mail server and ask whether that exact mailbox exists. "Valid" means the server said yes. Plenty of lists call an address verified when all they checked is that the domain has a mail server at all — we label that case "risky" instead, because it is.

Is "unlimited" actually unlimited?

Unlimited searching, unlimited verification, and unlimited re-downloads of leads you own — genuinely uncapped. New leads are capped per day (500 on Pro, 2,000 on Agency). That exists so nobody buys one month and drains the entire warehouse to resell it. For anyone actually working their list, the cap never comes up.

Can I look before I pay?

Yes, and without an account. Searching is free and unmetered — pick any trade and any US city and you will see the real counts and the real companies, with phone numbers and emails masked. You are paying to unmask and export, not to look.

Where does the data come from?

Public business listings, then each company's own public website for contact details and owner names. We add nothing that isn't already published somewhere public.

What if my niche isn't in the warehouse yet?

Ask for it and we run the scrape. It usually takes minutes for a city. Once it's done it stays in stock permanently — for you and everyone after you.

Do I get charged twice for the same lead?

Never. Every lead you take is recorded against your account. Re-export the same search next month and you pay nothing for rows you already own, and it doesn't touch your daily cap either.

What happens if a verified email bounces?

Tell us and we put the credit back. We can afford to offer that because a "valid" here means a mail server confirmed the mailbox, not that we pattern-matched a likely address. If we get it wrong, that should cost us rather than you.

Can I use these leads for cold email or SMS?

These are business contacts, and how you contact them is your responsibility under CAN-SPAM, TCPA and your local rules. We flag toll-free numbers, which can't receive A2P SMS, so you can filter them out before you import into a dialler.
