Sellable means the listing was graded a core or adjacent match for the trade. Search "tree service" on a map and you also get dentists and golf clubs; those are graded rejected and never reach a count or an export.
Valid means we opened an SMTP conversation with the company's mail server, asked about that exact mailbox, and the server said it exists. Nothing is sent. Risky means the server accepts any address, so the mailbox cannot be proven. Invalid means the server said the mailbox does not exist.
Owner name means a person's name read from the company's own About or contact page and checked against a first-name list, so "Contact Us Today" is never shown as an owner.
Off-trade is the share of everything a map search for the trade returned that was graded as some other business and removed. No website is the share of the sellable companies with no site at all, which is why they carry no email and are best worked by phone.
