Split a lead list into even parts or by column
Paste or upload a CSV. Split it into even parts, one per inbox or rep, or by a column such as state or city, with duplicates removed if you want. Download a zip of CSVs or one CSV with a part column. Nothing is stored. Free, no account.
How it splits
Even parts cuts the list, in its order, into parts whose sizes differ by at most one row: one part per sending inbox or per rep. By a column makes one part per value of a column such as state, city or trade; values match without regard to capitals or extra spaces, and empty cells go in a part called (blank).
Remove duplicates drops a row that repeats an earlier row's email, or failing that its phone, website or company name, the same rule as the lead list cleaner. Cells that start with = + - @ get a ' prefix in the download so a spreadsheet cannot run them as formulas.
The file is read in memory for that one request. Nothing is written to disk or a database, and the response is marked not to be cached.
A 67Leads export already has state and city columns, so it splits by either: the warehouse covers 51 states and 6,930 cities as of 8 Nov 2026.

Set Parts to the number of inboxes. The parts differ by at most one row, so each inbox sends a near-equal share.
