"No website" means the business's map listing gives no website. "Site down" means it lists one, and none of its pages loaded when our enrichment last visited. Ratings and review counts are the listing's own. These are the same filters as the search, so the count here is exactly what an export of the segment holds.
Questions
Type a trade and a city above, for example "plumbers in Phoenix AZ". You get how many have no website, how many of those are well reviewed, and the most reviewed by name.
A business with many reviews and no website is busy and visible on the map, and has nowhere to send the people who find it. That is usually the easiest website pitch.
